1. Ideas & inspiration
Visit to one of our bathroom showrooms or speak to our team about our home visit service. You’ll be able to get some hands-on experience in store with the latest design trends all on show. We’re constantly changing our displays, so more than one visit might help when searching for inspiration.
If you don’t quite have the time for a showroom visit, a look through our everyday bathroom brochure or brand brochures should fill you with inspiration while you can speak to one of our team about a home measurement.

2. Home Visit
We are all busy and finding the time to come and visit the showroom can be difficult. If you would like one of our designers to come and measure your space, discuss layout and design possibilities complete the form below and one of the team will be in touch.
We would always encourage you to visit the showroom first to find some inspiration and discuss your requirements and budget with one our designers but appreciate this isn’t always possible

3. Planning & design time
Whether you know exactly what you want or need a little guidance from our designers now is the time to bring. your bathroom to life. Our expert team will help you balance your ideas with your budget and requirements to create your dream space.
If you have a busy schedule, ensure we’re available at a time that suits you by booking an in-store consultation. It’s important you have room’s measurements as this will help our designers create your space on our virtual design software.

4. Make your mind up time
Once you have confirmed the details of your order it’s always important to check with your fitter that what you have selected is suitable for your bathroom.
We will always ask for the details of your installer to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible and any potential pitfalls are avoided.
Once we have all your items we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery/collection.

5. The doorbell rings
Once your order arrives, it is important to have a final look to make sure everything is as you would expect. This would allow us to address any questions you may have prior to your installation starting.
We always arrange your order to arrive in advance of your fitter’s start date. That way you have time for any last-minute changes you may need to make.

6. Time to enjoy it
The hard work’s behind you now. Time to enjoy your new bathroom.
