I am enormously thankful to you Sue for the support that you have shown me, right from the beginning you made me feel that I was in very safe hands and that you cared about the situation and knew exactly what to do, you are an exemplary Customer Service professional. I rapidly began to feel very optimistic that the issue was going to get completely resolved, which I believe has now happened. Thank you for getting me a new shower mixer valve, I appreciate the effort in talking to the supplier and getting that in, and ordering the tiles. Kirsty got the tile delivery organised while you were away and Simon kindly transported them to Bournemouth when they came in for Paul to pick them up on the day. Thank you to both Kirsty and Simon also. Paul is a very experienced fitter and made the issue resolution on the day look easy, a testament to his skill, thank you for the introduction.
I am very pleased that I came to Island Bathrooms and Kitchens, your a good team, and think that how you as a company deal with issues through your Customer Service area, is exemplary.
