CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) COLLECTION & DELIVERIES PROCEDURE
Dear Island Customers
Collections: Please call our customer service manager on 01202 396778. We can then confirm that your order is complete and available for collection. You can then arrange a collection appointment in which you are able to collect your goods. Both our Bournemouth & Salisbury warehouses are currently operating 9am-4pm Monday – Friday.All collections will be placed in entrance to warehouse, most goods will be checked prior to this. You will then have the opportunity to check goods yourself before you load your vehicle. A member of our team will sign your collection note. All actions are recorded on our CCTV system to avoid any disparities at a later date.
Deliveries: We now offer a local one man delivery service to your front door or garage, our delivery team will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). Due to operating a contact free delivery service, we will not be allowed to enter your property. Our warehouse team would have checked your goods for damage or imperfections prior to loading however if you are unable check your goods immediately upon delivery we ask you to please check items within 48 hours and notify us of any issues so we can work on resolving them at the earliest opportunity.
